SCDD release SB 639 Annual Report

State Council on Developmental Disabilities releases it’s first annual SB 639 annual report, tracking the transition out of the 14c Subminimum Wage Program. This report tracks some of the successes and challenges with the phaseout of 14c. Link to full report HERE
